"I was very happy because I was given the technical support I needed to answer a query about what I needed, then I ordered the product which arrived promptly and it was outstandingly good value!"

"This little adaptor is a very handy and economic little item to enable USB charging for the toothbrush, plus as there are twin outlets, a bathroom USB radio that makes showering a dream. The order was very easy with no fuss, and the item was despatched the same day...highly recommended. ;)"

"Delivery was fairly swift. Very poorly packed. Just placed in a thin plastic bag, the end cap had come off in the post, leaving the circuit board loose in the bag. Fortunately I was able to carefully replace the circuit board and refit the end cap. I tested the adapter and so far it has been working ok. This avoided the inconvenience of having to send the item back and wait for a replacement. A couple of layers of bubble wrap would have prevented the issue. "

"Rang to confirm I had found the correct item and spoke to a very helpful gentleman. Sent out that day and arrived within 2 days (2-3 day delivery quoted). I would highly recommend it, especially to those of us who like to go directly to a company and not through Amazon etc. Thanks."
