Which debit/credit cards do you accept?

We accept VISA, Mastercard, Delta, Solo, VISA Debit, and VISA Electron (Switch/Maestro only) through PayPal Express Checkout. We also accept payment by cheque and postal order. If paying by cheque or postal order, payment is required first before your order can be despatched. Cheque clearing is subject to security checks.

Are my credit/debit card details secure when placing an order through the website?

All credit card information is processed using a secure payment system provided by PayPal, a leading online payment processor. Once you enter the checkout process, you will be forwarded to the secure version of PayPal. All information entered during the checkout is secured using the latest encryption technology. A padlock symbol will appear at the bottom of your browser window to confirm that you have entered a secure area.

We are a business; can we pay via invoice?

We do not provide a credit facility or 30-day invoice payment terms. All orders must be paid for in advance before being dispatched. Schools, education and government bodies can pay on 30-day invoice terms.

Do you provide a VAT invoice with your orders?

Yes, the order confirmation email that you receive after placing your order contains a VAT breakdown of it. You can print this and use it as a VAT invoice for your records. If you have not received your order confirmation email and require a copy for your records, call or email us quoting your order number or billing postcode. We will then be able to resend the confirmation by email or post.

Is there a minimum order amount/value?

There is no minimum order value or amount; you can order as little or as much as you like.

Return/Refund Policy:

We think you'll love your products, but you may need to return one. We aim to keep the process as simple as possible. These terms do not affect your statutory rights.

1. Faulty & Goods Sent in Error

1. All returns must be authorised by Electrospares.Net prior to being returned. Contact us either by email or by phone; contact numbers are available on the Contact Us web page. We may issue a returns number, provide a returns address or courier collection, and provide instructions for the return of the goods. Please ensure that you return the goods in their original condition and packaging. Note: Opening the packaging will not result in a full refund for shaver spares, as we cannot resell the item as new. If you feel an item is damaged or defective, please call us or email us within 14 working days. Regrettably, we cannot consider any claims submitted beyond this time frame. Our customer care team will record your problem and work with you to resolve it. If the customer care team cannot resolve your problem over the phone or by email, they will ask you to return the item. Once we receive the returned item and have confirmed that it is damaged or defective, we will refund you the FULL cost of the damaged or defective item, plus ALL associated delivery and return postal costs.

2. Goods Ordered in error.

2.1. If a customer makes a mistake, they must pay return postage for wrongly ordered goods. Electrospares reserves the right to pass on such postage/return charges. When returning goods, please ensure you receive adequate insurance to cover the value of the goods that you are returning and that the courier asks for a signature on delivery. The signature will allow you to track the returned goods and get compensation should your chosen courier lose them.

10. How does your delivery system work?

We offer FREE DELIVERY for shaver spare parts.

Standard Service – postage and packaging rates are £0.00 for all items within our shaver spares and health remedy online stores, and your goods will be delivered within 1-3 working days via Royal Mail 24/48-hour small packet post. The majority of our products are dispatched by Royal Mail Tracked Recorded, although a Courier service may be used for certain products

Courier charges apply to purchases for larger items from the Tonersexpress trade site: £7.95 for next working day delivery.
Courier charges apply to purchases for larger items from the Electro-spares.co.uk Domestic Spares trade site: £4.99 for next working day delivery.

Some orders will require a signature on delivery, so please ensure that there is someone to sign for the package at the shipping address you have given or provide an alternative delivery address where a signature can be obtained.

If any item you order is out of stock or on backorder, you will receive a notification from us (by phone or e-mail) within 24 hours of receiving your order to advise the expected date of delivery or to suggest an alternative product.

Please be aware that we will only process items purchased for delivery outside of the UK after conducting additional security checks through Fraud Management Filters. These additional checks include verifying that the registered billing address matches the requested delivery address, confirming secure PIN matches, and validating issuing bank information. These additional checks can therefore lead to a delay in dispatching your item.

ELECTRIC SHAVERS AND HAIR CLIPPERS WILL ONLY BE ACCEPTED FOR CONFIRMED DELIVERY TO A UK ADDRESS. NO INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY FOR ELECTRIC SHAVERS OR HAIR CLIPPERS.

Can we order by phone?

Yes, we accept telephone orders from customers for shaver spare parts; however, there is an additional charge of £3 to cover the extra administration involved in raising and setting up the online account.

"Delivery was fairly swift. Very poorly packed. Just placed in a thin plastic bag, the end cap had come off in the post, leaving the circuit board loose in the bag. Fortunately I was able to carefully replace the circuit board and refit the end cap. I tested the adapter and so far it has been working ok. This avoided the inconvenience of having to send the item back and wait for a replacement. A couple of layers of bubble wrap would have prevented the issue. "
